aesthetic ambiance, convenient location, spacious rooms
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature!!! The corridors and lobby emitted a musty odor, which made the initial impression quite unpleasant!!! Improvement in sound insulation is definitely needed to avoid noise disturbances from neighboring rooms!!!

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
The spacious room offered excellent street views, while the helpful staff diligently aided my husband in navigating the hotel’s accessibility challenges.
Unfortunately, the restaurant's breakfast selection was lackluster, and the valet service came at a steep price without any remarkable perks.

missingWrote a review on Sept 15modern designcentral locationleisurely strollsdated facilities
The design throughout the hotel impresses with its modern, clean lines and a vibrant color palette, giving it a unique touch. The location on McGill Street places it within walking distance of charming restaurants and the historic Old Montreal, ideal for leisurely strolls.
Rooms left a lot to be desired. some felt a bit dated with broken shower plugs and carpets showing wear and tear. My request for a room with a view was denied, resulting in a view of a parking lot with spider webs on the windows. Additionally, breakfast pricing seemed overblown for the limited choices offered, making it hard to justify splurging on such sub-par options.

Great for a romantic getaway
The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are friendly and professional. We appreciated the high ceilings and huge windows in our room, felt like we were in another world, and the bed, oh man, it was super comfy. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, lot of choices and the coffee was good too!
It wasn't exactly cheap but still felt acceptable given the experience.

Staying here with my dad was a delight! The hotel's location made it super easy for us to explore all the charm of Old Montreal, from amazing cafes to stunning historic sites. We enjoyed a lovely drink at the stylish bar after a day out.

The location is fantastic, with vibrant streets and great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with accessibility needs when arriving. However, the breakfast felt overpriced compared to quality, and the dining options, while decent, could improve regarding variety. Overall, a stunning experience despite minor dining shortcomings.

Delightful corners of old Montreal
Every morning, we discovered delightful cafes around the corner. The staff was genuinely friendly, ensuring we felt at home during our stay. The hotel had charm and character we loved.
However, the Wi-Fi was spotty, causing frustration when trying to plan our next adventure. It was a bit too warm in the room, requiring us to adjust the AC frequently.

good location but cleanliness needs attention
The doorperson greeted us warmly, setting a pleasant tone for our stay. The air conditioning was remarkably quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathtub, which offered a relaxing experience despite needing some extra cleanliness. This hotel does have great proximity to local shopping and dining spots.
The bathtub had someone's hair in it when we first arrived, which was disappointing.
